WHAT IS JOGA?
• The athletic style of yoga that hybrids benefits of yoga postures with science and biomechanics
of sport.
• Helps your athletes find: balance, strength and flexibility
• Gives your athletes tools they need to improve performance, prevent injury and manage stress.
• To be integrated into existing athletic strength and conditioning programs: In and out of season
• Provides your athletes with what they require in training: structure->challenge->results

GDI is partnering with the best in off-ice development to deliver a Program geared specifically towards goaltenders! Direct correlation and transfer to on-ice performance here are some features of the program:
